Stress is the basis of 60% of all human illness and disease, Connected Health Programs have been shown to slow disease progression and minimize healthcare costs.The Trifecta Core Health Initiative incorporates research driven empowerment, nutrition and mind-body exercises that aim to:

  • Enhance focus
  • Increase your energy levels
  • Activate overall well being and happiness

12-week program, 24 hours, 2 hours per week. 4 hours of group session and 10 hours of individual sessions

Phase 1: Empowerment

Self Activated Healing

  • Developing resourceful/power mindsets that support success
  • How happiness inspires us to enjoy an optimal state of health

Phase 2: Nutrition

  A little goes a long way

  • Why eat ‘real’ food
  • Sugar- friend or foe
  • Restoring energy to the body

Phase 3: Physical

Qigong/breath work
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Reduces stress and anxiety
  • Shift of the neurotransmitter profile
